Cilantro Lime Salmon

Serves: 2

10 ounces Salmon fillets
1 1/2 whole limes
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon, skin side down, in a baking dish. Salt and pepper salmon to taste. Place cilantro on top of salmon and squirt the juice of the lime on top. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked all the way through and flakes.
