Serves: 10
WW Points: 5
Ingredients:
1 pound steak
10 whole mission tortillas — (6″ 98% fat free)
1 whole zucchini — sliced and cut in half
1 whole yellow squash — sliced and cut in half
1 whole onion — quartered and sliced
8 whole fresh mushrooms — sliced
1 whole green pepper — julienned
1 whole red pepper — julienned
2 teaspoons hot sauce
5 ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
cooking spray
Instructions:
Prepare veggies for cooking.
Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the steak. If you prefer spicy fajitas, use cayenne pepper or chili powder instead of salt and pepper.
Grill or broil the steak until medium rare, flipping once.
Meanwhile, coat a pan with cooking spray and add the vegetables & cilantro. About halfway through cooking, add the hot sauce. Cook until vegetables are completely cooked.
Slice the steak against the grain, and serve on a tortilla with the vegetables and cheddar cheese.

NOTES:
These points greatly vary on how much meat and cheese you use, and what tortillas you get. This recipe is based off of 2 pt Mission flour tortillas, though I’m pretty sure 1 pt tortillas exist.
