1 serving cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving)
1/4 cup diet Thousand Island salad dressing
8 ounces low-fat hard Swiss cheese — cut into 24 pieces
1/4 pound cooked lean corned beef brisket — cut into 24 pieces
1 cup sauerkraut — drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place rye bread on baking sheet; coat each piece with cooking spray.
Spread 1/2 teaspoon Thousand Island dressing on each piece of bread. Layer with 1 piece each, Swiss cheese and corned beef, and 2 teaspoons sauerkraut.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
