Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa

Ingredients:
3 cups watermelon -- seeded and chopped
1/2 cup green peppers
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro -- chopped
1 tablespoon green onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon jalapeno peppers -- (1 to 2)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve on sliced oranges, cheese-filled manicotti, or with chips.
