The relatives are packing up and Thanksgiving dinner has come and gone, but you’re left with mounds and mounds of leftover turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. It would be a crime to let all of that hard work go to waste, so lucky for you we’ve compiled a list of things to do with your leftover recipes that will breathe new life into that turkey.
But first, we have suggestions for getting rid of some food before it becomes leftovers! One idea is to put disposable GladWare containers out after everyone has finished eating and invite all of your guests to take a plate home with them. Another option is to have a pot-luck thanksgiving and make sure everyone returns with the leftovers of whatever came with them. And finally, be sure to be realistic about the amount of food needed and the number of guests visiting while planning out your menu.
