Meatballs

Serves: 12Low fat Meatballs

Ingredients:
3 whole egg whites
1 clove garlic -- chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
1 pound ground beef, 95% lean
2 tablespoons fresh basil -- (optional)
no fat cooking spray

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently with hands. Do not overmix!

Roll mixture into 12 meatballs, and place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning once.

Remove meatballs from baking sheet. Add to tomato sauce and let simmer.
