16 ounces ziti pasta
8 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
8 ounces part skim milk mozzarella cheese
1 whole egg
3 cups tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta as directed on box, drain.
Layer 1/2 cup tomato sauce on the bottom of a lasagna pan.
Mix together 1/2 ricotta cheese with the egg, add to pasta and mix.
Add remaining ricotta and 2 cups sauce to pasta, mix well.
Add pasta mixture to pan. Pour remaining sauce over pasta. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins, until cheese is melted and brown.
