2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic — chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon red wine
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil
Sautee chopped garlic in oil over medium heat. Do not let burn.
Add tomatoes, red wine, parmesan, and fresh basil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for at least twenty minutes. Stir occassionaly!
