Chicken Pockets

1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup reduced calorie ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 cup broccoli -- chopped
1/4 cup carrot -- shredded
1/4 cup pecan -- chopped (optional)
2 pita bread rounds

In a small bowl stir together yogurt and ranch salad dressing.

In a medium bowl combine chicken, broccoli, carrot, and, if desired, nuts. Pour yogurt mixture over chicken; toss to coat. Spoon chicken mixture into pita halves. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill up to 24 hours.
