Ingredients:
1 whole avocado
2 whole tomatoes
8 ounces canned corn
1/2 small red onion
1 1/2 whole limes
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons hot sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Diced tomatoes and place in a large bowl. Remove avocado from shell and cut into large chunks (don’t mash). Add the avocado, corn, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the tomatoes. Squirt the juice of 1 1/2 limes into the mixture. Add hot sauce to taste (optional). Chill for 1 hour.
