Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 medium red potatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 sprig rosemary
fresh ground black pepper
salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Cut potatoes into small wedges, place in baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over top of potatoes. Salt and pepper the potatoes. Tear the rosemary and sprinkle over the top.

Bake potatoes for 45 mins or until fork tender.
