The Dangers of Dirty Ketosis

Dirty Keto is a high protein weight loss diet plan designed by Ryan Henderson. It can be called a high fat, low carb diet. This diet plan can be tough to stick to as the foods contain very high fat content and are often prepared in unhealthy ways. Many people become frustrated with this plan because of its rigid approach to losing weight. It has been reported that the first week of this diet caused many people to gain weight, and since then there have been some people who have stuck with it and managed to lose significant amounts of weight. Despite the obstacles that people may face, this diet has managed to gain popularity amongst dieters in the past few years.

“Dirty Keto” is also known as lazy ketosis, because it enables for low but highly processed foods. Its more popular amongst people who desire to attain ketosis without investing a lot of time preparing healthy, homemade meals. The plan suggests that most of the “dirty foods” should be avoided, because they are high in fat and sugar content. These include heavily preserved foods, sugary desserts and processed meats.

This plan is supposed to promote better digestion, increased energy levels, and improved cardiovascular health among other benefits. Although all of these claims are possible, the only proven benefit so far is better digestion. People who have failed on other diets have reported experiencing severe heart diseases as a side effect. Diarrhea, nausea and stomach pains are also common symptoms, making it obvious that people must avoid dirty to meals in order to avoid these symptoms.

The problem lies in the simple fact that this diet does not emphasize the importance of digestive processes. It is impossible to completely avoid processed foods in this diet, because the aim of the diet is to promote a higher level of ketosis. Ketosis is the state where the body burns off large amounts of the fat stores. While this is very effective in burning off fat, it can cause serious health problems later on in life, particularly if one has a history of heart disease. The main problem with the Keto diet is that it encourages a quick fix, without addressing long-term issues.

Most studies have found that the foods that should be avoided when on a ketosis diet include high fructose corn syrup, high sodium, refined flour, white sugar, high lactose content, artificial sweeteners, and cholesterol. Processed foods are high in carbohydrates, sugar, salt and trans fats. This combination can produce major health problems, especially if one is already prone to heart disease. People who are prone to heart disease are advised to eat a very low fat, high fiber, whole grain and low salt or low-sugar products.

Another issue with the diet is that while it promotes a rapid loss of weight, it can cause weight gain in the future. This is because while the body is burning off fat, it also needs energy to create new fat stores. Therefore, while you may lose weight fast on the dirty keto foods, you can expect an increase in weight when you stop eating processed foods and return to a more natural diet. In addition to leading to an increased risk of heart disease and diabetes, this unhealthy combination can lower sperm count, cause hormonal imbalance and lower libido. All of these issues lead to even greater fertility risks.

As mentioned earlier, this unhealthy combination can lead to all of the above health issues, which makes the use of the dirty keto foods even more dangerous. If you are at risk for heart disease or diabetes, the use of processed foods while on a ketosis diet is definitely not recommended. For most people, this is not an option, but since these are the most common reasons people experience difficulty losing weight, it is easy to see why using processed foods while on a ketosis diet is absolutely necessary. However, it is still important to eat plenty of healthy, raw foods so you can get all of the micronutrients you need to keep your body healthy and function properly.

It is important to remember that not everyone has the same “type” of diet. People react differently to different types of diets, so it is better to research each one thoroughly before making your decision. Even if you are perfectly healthy, you may not be able to tolerate some of the foods that others cannot tolerate. Therefore, it is absolutely essential that you talk to your doctor about any health conditions that you have before going on any diet. You will want to make sure that you have all of the nutrients you need to stay healthy while dieting on raw foods.
