Turkey-Spinach Scramble

Serves: 4
WW Points: 3

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
10 ounces ground skinless turkey breast
3 garlic cloves — minced
1 package frozen chopped spinach – (10 oz) — thawed, squeezed dry
2 tomatoes — chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
4 small whole-heat pita breads — halved

Instructions:
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the turkey and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until the turkey is browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper; cook, stirring as needed, until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are softened, about 5 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup of the turkey mixture into each pita half.
