Tator Tot Casserole
1 lb lean ground beef (90% ff)
¼ onion chopped (or small handful dried chopped onion)
1 can 98% ff cream of chicken soup
1 can 98% ff cream of mushroom soup
72 tator tots
¾ cup shredded 2% cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and onion together (add salt and pepper to taste). Drain.
Put in a mixing bowl and add both cans of soup.
In 9×12 greased, glass pan, place the tator tots to cover bottom of dish.
Pour meat mixture on top. Spread to cover tator tots. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook for 1 hour.
