    @abold if you live in the states it’s called cornstarch. Cornflour is what they call cornstarch in the UK and Australia. I think they call it cornflour in other European countries too if I’m not mistaken.

    hi, thank you for the wonderful recipes. I have a question, regarding the cornflour. I can’t find it where i live. So is it ok to substitute it with regular flour?

    Nico, the sugar for the filling is regular sugar or the caster sugar??

    @espinozafarias Para q el merengue esté suavecito y esponjoso, bate un ratito las claras antes de agragar poco a poco el azúcar. Cuando levantes las aspas de la batidora, el merengue debe formar picos (como al final del video, cuando los forma con la espátula). Ah, y no batas en exceso– una vez que alcance la consistencia correcta, aléjate 😛 Es bastante sencillo (:

    Always loved Lemon Meringue Pie but for me it’s always been the dessert that came out of it’s box and out of the mysterious lurkings of the freezer 😀 Now though can finally make my own and it’ not scary…YAY!! I’m afraid though that the whole pie will have to be mine once made, it looks far too delicious to share 😀

    This is one of the times I wish smells could come out of the screen! I believe that is going to happen in the near future (I think I should not watch science fiction movies anymore!?!?) Till then I will make my own pie!
    By the way, as far as I know, you can store the rice and use it lots of times. Correct me if I wrong.
