Other people find that this restriction is inconvenient and leads to bad eating habits. However, if you stick to the restrictions, you will soon find a good diet that works for you.

There are also other low carb weight watchers diet plans that allow you to eat meat and dairy products. You will have to read the labels very carefully to determine which foods you can and cannot eat. This diet is especially difficult for women, who are supposed to be on hormone replacement therapy. You will also have to take vitamin supplements. Low carb diets have helped millions of people, but not all of them stick to the rules. So make sure that you do everything the plan tells you to do.
