Low Fat Chili

24 ounces lean ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups peppers, chopped
1 package chili seasoning mix
2 cans red kidney beans, canned -- undrained
28 ounces canned tomatoes -- whole

Brown beef in a large stock pot. Once browned, add onions and peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add seasoning mix, kidney beans (with liquid) and tomatoes (broken up) with their juices.

Simmer on low for 2 hours.
