1/2 pound lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic — diced
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon red wine
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add meat, brown. Add diced garlic when the meat is close to be browned, and stir in.
Once browned, add 1 can of crushed tomatoes to the meat and garlic, stir well. Add wine, cheese, and basil.
Simmer over low heat for at least 20 minutes.
