1 whole wheat tortilla – (8″ to 10″ dia)
3 ounces turkey meat — chopped
2 tablespoons chutney
1/4 cup diced red, green and yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Heat tortilla by placing between moist towels in an oven set to “warm.” Mix the turkey, chutney, and bell pepper. Remove tortilla from oven. Spread turkey mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and shredded lettuce. Fold opposite ends of the wrapper towards the center over the filling. Roll up the open end toward the opposite edge. Serve immediately.
